A few years ago I was presented with the challenge of explaining the digital production process to stakeholders who had little to no knowledge of how digital production worked. Rather than creating a dry and boring process document I decided instead to create something fun and engaging that could be placed around the office so that if someone didn't know what they needed to do next they could simply refer to the poster. The board-game design was a great way to solve a significant pain point.
